Brewed 2010-04-16, OG 1041 estimated FG 1014 This is a lighter beer than the Stone Ruination IPA, only 3.5% ABV and 42 IBU, but it is darker (deep amber / light copper). Different hops as bittering and taste, and of course dry hopped as hell with Centennial. Safale us-05.
